I don’t even know where to start. Ciera helped us find our house a few years ago below market value and we were able to purchase a great property. A few years later my wife and I decided to sell our house and we reached out to Ciera, she was able to confidently tell usthat she could sell it in a timely manner and for the price we wanted. Bought a house with Ciera as my realtor and I am completely happy with my purchase. She was very responsive through out the process and was always available to show an open house. She was also very thoughtful and detail oriented! She made sure my wants were a priority. The only thing I would say is that she works in team which is nice to have in case she's not available to do any showings, her team members can but I will say once the sell was made the team members went ghost however she still answers with any questions or concerns I have after the sell. Very people oriented and easy to talk to her! For sure a realtor friend you need throughout such a stressful process. Recommend her 100 percent!
